Located in the hotel and adjacent to the lobby, Evergreens Restaurant serves breakfast from 7am to 11 am every day. Lunch is served at our tiki bar daily (weather permitting). Tiki Bar is open from 12pm until 7pm. Dinner is served in our lounge from 5pm until 10pm every night.
Wake up and enjoy breakfast with us. We offer menu items such as made to order omelets, French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy, Buttered Grits, and so much more. A breakfast buffet is available on most weekends from 7am to 11am.
For lunch, come by our outdoor Tiki Bar for a quick sandwich or one of our delicious appetizers. We also offer a full beverage menu. Open from 12pm until 7pm daily (weather permitting).
After an adventurous day in the mountains, join us in the Evergreens Lounge for a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine. We offer several beers on draft, as well as bottles, and a reasonably priced wine list that includes varieties from Chili, Spain, and the US. Evergreens also offers a bar menu for guests who would like to wind down watching sports on one of our flat screen TV’s in the bar area, listening to music, or striking up a conversation with one of our friendly bartenders.
In the summer months, Evergreens also has poolside tiki bar. It’s the only one in the area. Enjoy a beverage while taking in the picturesque mountains and breathing in the cool fresh mountain air. Open seasonally, and weather permitting, the tiki bar is a great place to enjoy fun and sun while relaxing right at the hotel.
Evergreens also caters for larger groups and functions in the hotels 3600 sq. ft. of meeting space located just off the lobby. From meeting breaks to full meals, we can accommodate parties up to 400.
